For operators

Building the next aerospace asset? Finance it here.

AstroFinance gives manufacturers and operators a faster route to capital, and gives investors a way to buy a fraction of a high-value aerospace asset. The asset and its revenue become secure digital tokens. Smart contracts then distribute profits, transparently and on schedule.

The market for tokenised assets is projected to reach $24 trillion by 2030 (FIBREE, 2025). AstroFinance opens that pool to manufacturers and operators: a broader investor base, a share of the revenue, and a record of ownership that cannot be quietly rewritten. Months of bank negotiations and heavy legal fees give way to one platform: tokens issued, investors onboarded, raise complete. You keep operating the asset.

Manufacturers get a fresh way to raise, and investors get a transparent claim on the revenue. The result is a raise that is faster, and an ownership record both sides can read.

What is AstroFinance? covers the SPV, the vetting, and how a token is tied to revenue.

From asset to earnings

Ten steps. Aerospace judgement first, then the blockchain.

01

Select an asset

AstroFinance looks for a revenue-generating aerospace asset.

02

Conduct due diligence

Technical, financial, and operational viability are assessed before anything is published.

03

Define the ownership structure

An SPV holds the asset and carries the legal compliance.

04

Outline the investment terms

The revenue model, investor rights, and payout terms are written down.

05

Tokenise the asset

The asset is split into digital tokens that represent revenue rights.

06

Qualify investors

Investors are onboarded and verified.

07

Issue the tokens

Tokens are offered on the AstroFinance platform.

08

Deploy the asset

The asset is manufactured or acquired and handed to the operator.

09

The asset earns

Revenue starts from the use it was built for: a lease, missions, or a fixed schedule.

10

Distribute earnings

A portion of that revenue is shared with investors through smart contracts.

Assets we want to finance

UAVs

Commercial, industrial, and government-use drones.

Rotorcraft and eVTOLs

Helicopters and electric vertical aircraft.

Aircraft

Business jets, trainers, and utility aircraft.

Satellites and space

CubeSats, Earth-observation satellites, and launch vehicles.

Simulators

Ground-based flight and aerospace training systems.

Hydrogen and electric

Aircraft built around lower-carbon propulsion.

How the asset can pay investors

Mission revenue

Income from using the asset: inspection, transport, or delivery.

Lease financing

Recurring payments from a customer lease.

Fractional access

Users buy time or usage rights on a shared asset.

Demonstrator sales

A share of later sales, after a demonstrator has flown in real conditions.

The first partnerships are with companies in Switzerland and the United Kingdom, where the rules around digital assets and aviation structures are clear enough to move.

Questions operators ask

How does AstroFinance get paid?

The platform lists assets, tokenises them, handles buying and selling, and distributes returns. Revenue comes from a transaction fee when investors buy tokens, a listing fee for the manufacturer or operator, management fees for reporting and compliance, and premium services such as analytics or early access.

What changes for a manufacturer or operator?

Financing can move faster, and the cost of capital can come down compared with a bank or a venture round. A shorter raise means a shorter path to production and less idle inventory. A wider investor base also puts the asset, and the brand, in front of people who may become customers.

Why this platform, rather than a general tokenisation venue?

Aerospace only. The team knows aircraft, satellites, residual values, and the rules around them. That specialist view, plus a transparent record of performance, is the difference.

What can be tokenised?

High-value assets that earn: private jets, business-aviation fleets, helicopters, inspection and search-and-rescue drones, and special-mission aircraft. Each one is checked for revenue, regulatory readiness, and a clear owner. Commercial aircraft, advanced air mobility, and satellite infrastructure may follow.
