Investment description
This listing is a pool of six ATR propeller blades, valued at $75,000 to $80,000 each, for a total raise of $480,000. The underlying assets are critical rotable spare parts for ATR 42 and ATR 72 regional aircraft.
Global Trade Aviation, based in Geneva, Switzerland, acquires and manages these components to place them with airlines and maintenance organizations so worn or damaged parts can be swapped quickly to minimize aircraft downtime, subsequently managing certified repair of the used core to return it to active rotation.
AstroFinance will establish a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to acquire the assets from Global Trade Aviation. GTA administers and commercially leases the components, with the resulting revenue supporting distributions on tokenized security notes.
Investors participate directly in the financing of the pool without operating aircraft or receiving title to individual serial numbers. The proposed instrument is a security token representing contractual rights under the relevant note. Global Trade Aviation pays a fixed annual yield of 8.2% on committed capital, distributed semi-annually as the complete return, with full principal due at the one-year anniversary. If a customer defaults or operations cease, distributions for that period may be reduced.
This offering is a security note and does not constitute a bank deposit. The first close has not yet happened. No acquisition will happen until firm commitments covering 80% of the pool are met and Global Trade Aviation approves it in writing.
